This week, my class went on our last field trip of the year to the Yellow River Game Ranch in Stone Mountain, Georgia. We saw many cool animals and even got to pet and feed a few. We saw the most unique WHITE peacock while there! Isn't it beautiful!?
My question for you: What unique/crazy/interesting things have you seen on past field trips?
Can't wait to hear from you!
Wow that is beautiful!! I don't honestly remember ever seeing anything out of the ordinary on a field trip. I'm always more focussed on making sure I don't lose anyone!!

It's not really crazy to us since we live here, but it would be for some people...
ReplyDeleteWe go to Everglades Recreational Park (We live in South Florida) and get to go on an airboat tour of the everglades. This year, an alligator was right next to our boat. Like, RIGHT THERE. I could've touched him...and lost my phone/hand at the same time! :)

That white peacock is beautiful!! I can't think of anything really from past field trips. But looks like your field trip was great!

One year, we took a whole school field trip to the zoo. That day it poured down rain and we all got soaked! It was more of a crazy experience than anything, but it's definitely a lasting memory!

We once visited an ice cream factory and we were able to watch the assembly line from windows overlooking the room. It was fascinating, especially when a worker got behind and had lids and boxes falling off the table! We also got free samples of several flavors. It was a fun trip!
